Council Position Papers
In accordance with our by-laws, the NC Council of Community Programs
takes positions on critical issues. Position papers are drafted
and developed by Council Workgroups, reviewed for endorsement by Area
Directors, approved by the Council Board of Directors, and adopted by
Council Membership.
