Davis Regional Medical Center’s behavioral health services include the Delta Center, a 16-bed unit for adults, and Traditions, a 12-bed unit for the geriatric population. Our behavioral health services provide crisis stabilization for those who suffer from a variety of acute psychiatric disorders. Our treatment team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, Master’s level therapists/counselors, and recreation therapists who provide individually tailored treatment for stabilization of acute psychiatric and behavioral symptoms and crises via individual and group therapy.

Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services is a private 102-bed facility dedicated to the behavioral health patient population with different levels of service including inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization (day program), and intensive outpatient (morning) programs. Services are available for adolescents (12-17) and adults– including a seniors unit and a dual diagnosis adult unit. Located in a peaceful, campus-like setting, the Winston-Salem based facility is accredited by The Joint Commission. We are committed to a patient experience which involves a variety of therapeutic techniques including behavioral therapy (CBT and DBT), recreation therapy, and pet therapy. Our Partial Hospitalization Program is an adult day program that typically lasts approximately two weeks. Individuals in the partial program will build coping skills relating to interpersonal effectiveness, stress tolerance, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. This program also involves a psychiatrist for medication management. In addition, Old Vineyard has an Intensive Outpatient Program with a licensed therapist that meets three mornings each week.
Old Vineyard accepts most major insurance plans including BCBS and Medicare, and is in-network for Tricare to serve our military service members and their families. Our admissions department is open 24/7 for free confidential assessments and referrals. We encourage appointments to expedite your visit; however, walk-ins are welcome.
